Richard is the founder of THENOWMALL and has over 35 years experience with consumers, major national restaurants, grocers and retailers as well as CyberValet® Shoppers, franchise systems, call centers and delivery (fulfillment) systems in the U.S. and Canada. Richard organized and managed purchaser / driver pools for various retail products such as groceries, fast food, office supplies and sundry durable goods.

Richard recently received a Smithsonian Award for his developments in Internet-related innovative use of technology. He also received a Presidential Task Force on Employment of Adults with Disabilities award for his efforts creating employment for thousands of such people.  He was recently awarded patents for: his fully integrated online purchasing club incorporating extremely rapid fulfillment;  his shared workforce call center business method and his online remote workforce scheduling technology. Richard is also the founder of Willow CSN Inc. (now Arise.com), America 's leading online staffing service for major call centers. Richard also holds numerous other patents for various products commonly used throughout the world today
